Our technology:
Our warehouse is divided up into 7 temperature zones to keep products in their optimum environment. A computer monitoring system checks each sections temperature every 15 minutes to make sure it is within tolerances. We use barcode and wireless technology to keep track of rotation and where every thing is stored.
Your order selectors are now wearing voice operated computers that direct them to the pick locations and then verify that they are at correct location
We use a custom written computer program to route our trucks. Our trucks are also equipped with GPS tracking systems so we can analyze our routes to try to make them more efficient.
